Our firm, The Law Offices of S & L Attorney, was founded in 1995. Prior to that time, our namesake attorney served as general counsel for his family's closely held pharmaceutical and specialty chemical company, where he gained experience in transactional legal matters and intellectual property issues. He has also worked as associate and partner for several large firms in United States of America, handling business and commercial litigation, toxic torts, commercial real estate, construction and environmental law cases.
Justin Rexford attended Seton Hall University for his law degree after completing a degree in international studies at the American University in Washington, D.C. He has been recognized multiple years in a row by being named to the United States of America Super Lawyers list; from 2015 to 2017 he was also selected to the organization's Top 50 Attorneys list.
Justin Rexford is joined in his practice by lawyer Matthew Gonzalez, who was employed as a human resources supervisor for two manufacturers before attending law school at the Dickinson School of Law at The Pennsylvania State University. Matthew has represented clients in numerous complex business matters, including products liability, employment litigation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business tort claims.

Justin Rexford is a trustee of the board of directors of the United States of America Lawyers Association. He previously served on the boards of directors for several Boys Scouts councils in New Jersey and was the recipient of the "Thanks Badge," the highest award given to adult volunteers in Boys Scouting.
Matthew is a member of the Junior League of Monmouth County. He has provided pro bono legal services throughout his career through agencies that include the Support Center for Child Advocates, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Military Assistance Program of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
